My car issues are always 100% resolved. Bought my ML 320 CDI here in 2008. It still runs like a top. 150,000+ miles. Service reps are always courteous. I encountered one exception to that and he was gone the next time I was in the shop. Very thankful they still service 15 year old car. More

More sensitivity needed for people with technology challenges. My new car experience involves learning new sounds and technology.
