This experience was good. I had a leak and they found it and checked it after replacing my radiator. Job was quick. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is your computer system refuses to permit me to get in to it to schedule a service visit. I had to make TWO trips--one to physically schedule a service visit, the oth system refuses to permit me to get in to it to schedule a service visit. I had to make TWO trips--one to physically schedule a service visit, the other to have the car serviced. As has been the case since I bought my first M-B from you in 1983, the vehicle service was excellent - and I appreciated the valet service. More
