If you are considering bringing your car here for service, DON'T. I’ve given Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage multiple chances to make things right, and my experience has only gotten worse each time. My vehicle was in their care for nearly two months, and I was charged 28% higher than my approved estimate for repairs — $3,677.76 billed vs. $2,874.27 quoted — without any explanation or authorization. Throughout the process, communication was nearly non-existent. When I first dropped off my vehicle they insisted that the appointment that I had scheduled and had text confirmations for did not exist, and after dropping off my vehicle and having it sit there for a day untouched they insisted that I did not drop off a GLS but dropped off a GMC Sierra instead. At that point the general manager who is unfortunately no longer there apologized for the initial mixups profusely and convinced me to leave my car there . A decision I regret wholeheartedly. During the following 2 months that my vehicle remains there I was repeatedly told that parts — specifically my radiator — were out of stock and unavailable with no estimated shipping time from overseas. Out of frustration, I placed one and only call to a Mercedes dealership in Washington State, and they had the part available immediately. Interestingly, as soon as I informed Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage that I had found one and planned to purchase it myself, they suddenly “located” the part too. When it finally came time to pick up my car, the experience was just as disappointing. Calls went unanswered, updates were never provided, completion timelines kept shifting later and later and when I finally arrived, the service advisor (Brian) didn’t even acknowledge me — no greeting, no thank you, no professionalism — despite my spending thousands in repairs. It’s clear that customers bringing their vehicles here are viewed as an inconvenience, not as valued clients. The management within this dealership seems to be non-existent, non-existent, and you’re lucky if you get any communication at all. After years of owning Mercedes vehicles, this experience has been beyond disappointing — completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to stand for quality and service. More

Brian with Mercedes provided quick and professional customer service. Even with a busy shop, he was pleasant and easy to work with. He provided timely updates throughout the process. I am a first time buyer and let me just say, the guys who work here are the best! i have never gotten a car before and they helped me out every step of the way, they also helped me get the best deal and who work here are the best! i have never gotten a car before and they helped me out every step of the way, they also helped me get the best deal and were non stop trying to help me and find someone who will except me as i was a first time buyer, I believe the guys name was David he was amazing! helped me out a ton! and explained everything perfectly, the other person who helped me from the get go was Luciano Ubiera, one of the nicest people i have evrer met! gave me his personal number in case i had any questions and he was just the best ever! i would 100% recommend both of the people that helped me get this car, and don’t even get me started on the dealership itself! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, it was so nice and clean, everyone was very nicely dressed made me super comfortable to buy a car from them, they also offered me snacks and brought me water everytime i came in! the absolute best! any time the wait was a bit long they would always come and apologize even though i get it gets busy! super super good staff i hope to be able to work with them all again! More
Had a fantastic experience with Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage. Mak was knowledgeable and attentive getting back to me in at very timely fashion when I had questions. I worked with Brian, a service advisor. I was impressed with Brian's overall level of customer service and knowledge of his job. Brian hit the ball out of the park when he took the time t I was impressed with Brian's overall level of customer service and knowledge of his job. Brian hit the ball out of the park when he took the time to call me with an update on my vehicle after he left work. This is something that has never happened to me before. Brian also took the time to explain to me about the Mercedes Maintenance pricing points, so there were no surprises. I found Brian to be very personable and communicative.
