Do not buy a car from here, I was sold a lemon and they refuse to fix my issue despite having the bumper to bumper warranty. I have bought two AMGs from this lot. I bought a GLC43 AMG in July of this ye refuse to fix my issue despite having the bumper to bumper warranty. I have bought two AMGs from this lot. I bought a GLC43 AMG in July of this year. When trying to get the app to work, which they require you go through to access features like your auto start (a necessity in Alaska and the only feature outside of the engine that I cared about), it would never work. I called the dealership and did troubleshooting over the phone with them two times before being told I just needed to come in. So I go to the dealership and meet with Treasure who sold me the vehicle. He thought it would be as easy as just moving buttons around, and it was not an issue with not having the buttons in the right place in the app. I then come back when Ryan is there as he seems to be to go to guy for the app issues and he has not seen my problem before. I am then told that I need to contact the 1800 number for them to troubleshoot. I go through calling these people twice because the first time they never set up a ticket for me. Finally my ticket gets escalated to "tier 2" support and they determine that I need to have my communication module replaced. When you google this issue, forum after forum states that the communication module needs to be REPLACED not updated. I then call this dealership and relay everything to them that needs to be done, and also communicate that I live in the valley and need a loaner car. They say no problem and schedule the appointment. I arrive at my appointment and can clearly see my appointment says +LOANER+ on it, but the service manager doesn't have one available. They end up having to give me their shuttle to drive around while I wait for my car to be repaired over the weekend. I get a message saying the works complete and when I look at the work order, it states only an update was performed. I go to the dealership and Keoni stated that all I needed was the update. I then pull up my app as we are sitting in my car and tell him to make it work. He looks at it, and says okay I need to keep the car longer. I could not leave my car there as I was leaving for Mexico the very next day. Keoni says no problem and that he will order the part while I am gone. Keoni states he will also set up my appointment with a loaner and send me a message with the details. I take my car and leave. Now two weeks later I cannot get ahold of Keoni. The only other person in service is a woman named Stephanie who does not know how to do her job. She also does not know how to put her phone calls on "hold" and I could hear her talking to a customer she was checking in literally talking xxxx about her boss Keoni. Not really professional. She then proceeds to get on the phone and yells at me about how she is new and the only one there. I then email the owner, Jeff Swickard and the service manager Greg Luke with no response, no follow up. I have owned four Mercedes vehicles in the last three to four years. I have been loyal to Mercedes, but my last two vehicles have been nothing but problems. I will NEVER buy from here again or any dealership owned by the Swickard group. They will rob you by selling you the bumper to bumper warranty and then refuse to call you, set up your appointments or DO THE REPAIRS THAT THEIR SUPPORT TOLD ME MY VEHICLE NEEDED. This place is extremely mismanaged and do not represent what the Mercedes brand is supposed to represent. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. More
