He answered all of my questions had all of my paperwork ready for me and even picked me up at the airport in my car. I was in and out in 30min. I highly recommend them More

I would recommend going by and seeing Neil, he wasn't pushy, he made sure to find all of the specs that I was looking for while looking for a car. I first went to Long of Chattanooga to look for a car and I usually hate going to dealerships because I always feel pushed to buy or pressured to make a quick decision. I never got that feeling while dealing with Neil, he made my buying experience easy. I would recommend Long of Chattanooga when looking for a nice buying experience. More
Foul Play This place will cause you lots of problems to your car on PURPOSE!!!!! I TRULY THINK HAS BEEN FOUL PLAY AND THEY HAVE CAUSE MORE AND MORE PROBLEMS TO OCCUR SINCE I STATED COMING TO THEM IN DECEMBER IN 2015....I CONTINUE TO HAVE BACK TO BACK PROBLEMS OUT OF NO WHERE ALL WITHIN 3 MONTHS.....MARY BETH PRETENDS LIKE SHE IS THERE TO HELP YOU BUT SHE DOESNT CARE....SHE LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING I ONLY WENT TO HER BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN AND I FELT MORE AT EASE WITH HER. I was WRONG she does has GREAT customer service skills and will make you feel like she's there to help you. DONT BE FOOLED I really thought she would look out for me but she didn't as a woman to another woman. IM pretty sure she tells the guys to cause problems to the cars especially if you have once had to speak with the service manager about her NOT DOING HER JOB several times. So yes I'm almost certain FOUL PLAY was done on my car. But I will take my car to Atlanta and when I buy a brand new one soon IT WILL NOT BE FROM THIS PLACE. They have taken too much of my money. And after they fix your car they will give it to you DIRTY after spending THOUSANDS of Dollars for repairs. SHOWS YOU HOW MUCH THEY CARE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! More

As I continued down the path to clearly understand of some of the more complicated systems, I realized that the available information on line was less than straightforward in addressing my questions. That being said, my call to Long of Chattanooga was returned by Derrick Walters of Longs on Tuesday and a consultation was scheduled on my next available day, the following Thursday. We met and Derrick provided the appropriate answers to respond to one of my problems. We're working on deal this the other current issue. Understand theses items are not safety or operational. They relate to the Audio 2,0 and Navi 2.0 along with controls. Derrick and I are addressing questions as they arise. More

I had an appointment to leave my car for service and every thing was ready when I got there. I had a car waiting for me to get to work. I have a Lexus also that when I go to the dealership they have always given me superlative service, but Long Mercedes did just as much if not better. Some touch up was overlooked, but David in the Service Department told me to come back at my convenience and they would take care of it. I take my hat off to all of the people at Long Mercedes-Benz. Best buying/service experience ever. When thinking about buying a new car, it conjures up images of pushy salesmen, fast talking finance managers, and marathon bargaining sessions that ta When thinking about buying a new car, it conjures up images of pushy salesmen, fast talking finance managers, and marathon bargaining sessions that take up your whole day...it's enough to make you dread buying a car. This was not the case at all with Long of Chatt. My salesman was Mr. Perry Carr...he was professional, without being cold, knowledgeable without being haughty, and he didn't stuff me in one of those tiny cubicles for hours while he "talked to the sales manager". He listened to my needs and directed me to the car that would best suit...he quickly had my trade appraised and presented me with a thorough proposal. Never did he try to pressure me into a more expensive car or into options I didn't need, but he did explain all the features Mercedes offers, so I could make an informed decision. Their finance manager was warm and down to earth, she went over every detail of the trade and my financing to make sure I understood each part before moving on. She didn't gloss over anything and she didn't just assume I knew what she was talking about. Best of all, she and Mr. Carr made the entire process quick and simple. I recently had my car serviced for the first time, again, I found the experience to be exceptional. I was greeted with the same courteous, warm and professional treatment that I received when I bought the car. Their waiting room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary refreshments made it feel very "homey". I was also impressed with the live camera monitor of the garage...It really is reassuring to see your car being serviced, as it happens...it also helps pass the time. I can't say enough about Long of Chatt. I am certain that I will continue to take my business to them. They are to be congratulated for their commitment to excellence...they certainly have mine. The car I had asked about was quickly sold, but Derrick told me he would be on the look out for a similar vehicle. Within a day or so he contacted me with a description of a similar car and worked with me diligently to answer all my questions since I was about 100 miles away. I traveled to Long's, met Derrick and we worked through the process of looking at and testing the car, which I purchased that day. I think Derrick did a great job. He was knowledgeable, patient and. very accommodating. I would recommend Derrick to anyone shopping at Long's. More
