Very helpful sales and service staff. Low ball trade. The salesman, Eric, was probably the most personable and honest car salesman I have ever dealt with. A "newbie" from what I understand, but I hope he stays genuine. It works. However, because of a mechanical issue with my trade, I felt trapped and the depreciation "hit" because of a well-known Mercedes engine problem, seemed very unfair. Very low-ball trade, although I know they will repair the car for much less than the quoted repair and re-sell or auction it. My failure was that I did not purchase the extended warranty on the traded vehicle when I bought it 3 years ago. Not my happiest day, as a new car purchase should be. Eric, Josh, and Sissy were encouragers in a difficult situation. I just truly believe the sales manager could have been more reasonable with the trade. I felt trapped and at their mercy. More

I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment my service advisor was out to lunch; Everything from beginning to end was handled without any complaints. I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment my service advisor was out to lunch; the service manager stepped right got me a loaner and got me on my way. Once my service advisor David Rhea returned he gave me a call letting me know everything would be handled and if I had any additional questions or concerns. My car was there for approximately a week, David kept me up to date with everything that was going on, and he didn’t miss a beat. Absolutely no complaints from me, I would highly recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealership to anyone. More
