Above and beyond I am from Virginia and had a "Check engine" light illuminate. This happened late on Friday afternoon and I was scheduled to go back home on Sunday. A "newbie" from what I understand, but I hope he stays genuine. It works. However, because of a mechanical issue with my trade, I felt trapped and the depreciation "hit" because of a well-known Mercedes engine problem, seemed very unfair. Very low-ball trade, although I know they will repair the car for much less than the quoted repair and re-sell or auction it. My failure was that I did not purchase the extended warranty on the traded vehicle when I bought it 3 years ago. Not my happiest day, as a new car purchase should be. Eric, Josh, and Sissy were encouragers in a difficult situation. I just truly believe the sales manager could have been more reasonable with the trade. I felt trapped and at their mercy. More
