I'm new to this area and I've been to this dealership twice for service. The service they provided was excellent. This was however the first Mercedes dealership where a loaner car was not provided free twice for service. The service they provided was excellent. The second time I needed service they exceeded my expectation. They had a driver come to my residence and dropped off a loaner car free of charge and drove my car to their dealership for the service. The next day they returned my car and picked up their loaner car. More

Perry was very helpful and not pushy. Brought the car to my work so I could look at it and then delivered the vehicle once I decided to buy it. Within a week of buying the vehicle I had to have the transmis my work so I could look at it and then delivered the vehicle once I decided to buy it. Within a week of buying the vehicle I had to have the transmission flushed, new front brake pads and the rotors resurfaced. I was told by the dealership that the vehicle was serviced/inspected. I reached out them regarding the problems but nothing has been done. More
