Frank Kerze from Cleveland, let me start with your review is FALSE. You NEVER spoke to Mr. Long for if you had he would have told you how disgusted with your racist language and terrible behavior. The whole problem stemmed from YOUR SMALL CREDIT UNION taking up to seven business days to complete an electrical transfer due to the holidays. This was confirmed by Allan whom you called a liar in the showroom. It was then confirmed by YOU with Allan at which point you called your own bank rep a worthless bi**ch and hung up on her. Now let’s address the yelling, the only person whom raised their voice was YOU during one of your many rages. Allan didn’t even yell at you when you called him a lying piece of xxxx, he just walked away from you. It was at this point you turned your rage on our female receptionist and started yelling at her to get Mr. Long on the phone, when she was un-able, you referred to her as a worthless ni**er. Frank your behavior and language was disgusting you are not welcome back at our store should you even wish to return. We tolerate many different personalities at our dealership; however, we do not consider losing you as a customer as a loss.

What interaction with Allan Long (Dealership personnel) did you personally witness. Ask the majority of the dealership staff such as (Lily at Reception area who contacted Mr. Long Sr. via mobile phone) to recount what they had seen! All is well on my part, as the dealership (Mr. Nelson Long Sr. the real Owner) provided us with the $,$$$.47 amount due us from the vehicle transaction. You have lost my future business, as well as the potential customers you could have gained. Have a prosperous new year in the automobile business.
