Mo Mallak is an amazing salesperson. He was prompt and courteous. Mo only gripe, and it's not his, is that paint was scraped off the bumper a little in the back of the car I purchased. We went to Meredes-Benz of Billings to look at "potentially" buying a car. Daryl greeted us, we told him what we wanted to look at and within minutes we were out on a test drive. I think one of the biggest event that happened is how I was treated at Mercedes-Benz after I came back a couple days later wnen I was unable to program my garage door to my car. I was greeted with all smiles (and by name) and the problem was taken care of quickly when the service guy and Daryl followed me to my house and personally programed my garage door! It is easy to be treated great while buying a car, not only was that a great experience but the treatment after at Mercedes-Benz of Billings is far above average. I was looking at purchasing a vehicle to replace my Hummer H2 and was helped by the staff in Billings in purchasing a GL450 that was perfect for my off road needs as a bird hunter with dogs. At this dealership everyone is very professional and works as a team including general manager, sales manager, salesman, technician, and receptionist. I had positive interactions with all of the above employees. They all helped me find the vehicle that is perfect for our outdoor endeavors and this is the first time I have left a dealership with a new vehicle knowing that the purchase was truly all about my needs! I have worked with Josh for 3 service visits, one for my annual maintenance and two for new tires for our ML350 BlueTec's. In all instances the work was performed well and on time. The price you pay for Mercedes service is higher than your neighborhood mechanic, but in our case, it has always been done right. Mo was very patient with me as I wanted to be sure the seating in the new SLK was as comfortable for my wife as it was for me. It took several weeks and numerous visits to confirm our initial feelings about the comfort of the vehicle. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful, comfortable, well designed MB roadster, the SLK 350. It is the best mileage car we have, at 30 MPG on the highway and 25 around town, all in economode of course. I am usually at this dealership twice a week to talk shop with other MB owners, and we are always greeted with smiles from the staff, especially from a lovely young lady named Courtney. She always has fresh coffee, and sometimes cookies, ready for us when we arrive, and checks to see if our new purchase is in need of a car wash.
