So on Saturday 03/22 we returned to Mentor Mitsubishi and to Dave Clark. Not only did we lease a new 2014 Outland Sport SE which we love, but had another super experience with Dave. His first concern was for my physical condition from the accident. He was so compassionate and caring. Not something you would expect from a car salesman. When it came to determine what type of vehcile we were going to lease, Dave reviewed all our options extensively, patiently answering all our questions and concerns and helping us make the best choice. My husband and I love our 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE, the service center personnel and service we experienced with our 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and the overall Mentor Mitsubishi experience. DO NOT DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. In December was allowed to drive off with a vehicle, 15k - bad brakes. Took it back in right away. Have had 2 problems since then, along with being insulted by t was allowed to drive off with a vehicle, 15k - bad brakes. Took it back in right away.
