We had a wonderful experience today buying a 2015 Prius we saw on Cargurus. No pressure from Blaine,the salesman. He let us take the car to our service department at Toyota to check it out. Looked like it came off the showroom floor. The price was good and we were done in about an hour. Considering how we were dreading having to go thru the car buying process like we have experienced in past years, this one was A++. We recommend trying this small dealer first. They have a varied inventory and prices are reasonable. More
CarSmart of Memphis lied to us on a vehicle purchase. The vehicle in question had been involved in a functional damage accident per Carmax. When we asked CarSmart if the vehicle had a clear title and ha The vehicle in question had been involved in a functional damage accident per Carmax. When we asked CarSmart if the vehicle had a clear title and had not been involved in an accident, we would not of made the purchase 5 days ago. We did not find out that the vehicle had been in an accident until we went to put insurance on it, and Progressive told us that the vehicle had been flagged by Lexisnexis as to have had an accident report on this vehicle. CarSmart lied to us again, and said they did not have a carmax report because carmax had been offline for the past 4 weeks. We asked if we could return the car for a refund, CarSmart refused our request. More
I talked to Blane a full week about a 2014 audi a7 that he said was in the shop on the week of January 9-12. I specifically asked him to call me regarding the car,and he said he would being that I was so p he said was in the shop on the week of January 9-12. I specifically asked him to call me regarding the car,and he said he would being that I was so persistent about the car.I called him today January 19 and he answered the phone and said the car was sold.He never called me and said he emailed me but I never received any emails from Blane.HIS REASON FOR NOT RETURNING MY CALLS WAS THAT IT WAS EASIER FOR him TO JUST PUSH A BUTTON RATHER THAN CALLING A RETURNING CUSTOMER (IVE BOUGHT FROM YOU ALL BEFORE).This was really bad business and I'm very disappointed that you all would do business in this manner.I recommend you go elsewhere if your looking for honest people. More
I spoke with Blaine via email and sadly did not get a response after asking follow up questions. I was asking about a ford f150 for sale on their website. June 15, 2019 2013 GMC Acadia SLT-1 (currently still for sale on website) was said to be in "immaculate" co VEHICLE CONDITION NOT AS ADVERTISED... June 15, 2019 2013 GMC Acadia SLT-1 (currently still for sale on website) was said to be in "immaculate" condition. I spent 5 minutes looking over the vehicle and found 3 issues that were not listed. 1. Hail damage that covered the top of the vehicle that the salesman (Del Rios) advised he didn't know was there. 2. Broken plastic covers on the front driver and passenger seat that cover the electrical for the duel power seats. 3. Worst of all that I found was interior rust underneath the seats and the seat rail tracks that the seats sit and slide on. Indicating that there has been some form of water inside the vehicle, (possibly a hidden flood vehicle). The dealership has had this vehicle for over 5 months and couldn't find these issues that I found in 5 minutes. They are either very incompetent at their job or they knew about the issues and purposely failed to list and/or mention them. More

Liars and Crooks, stay away from this "dealership" I asked "Stacy" and "Steve", over the phone, about a BMW they described to be in "excellent condition" if there were any leaks on the vehicle at all. I asked "Stacy" and "Steve", over the phone, about a BMW they described to be in "excellent condition" if there were any leaks on the vehicle at all. Both answered no, none at all. I asked if the vehicle runs and drives without issues, the answer was a resounding "yes" from both. After flying in to Memphis from Indianapolis to purchase the car, I found the car leaking engine oil at an alarming rate. The front suspension was so far out of adjustment (or damaged) that the inside edge of the front tires was worn down to the canvas. The car also pulled to the left at a massive rate. The clutch would grab harshly at the point of pick-up, indicating a badly worn component. Despite these issues "Steve" would not budge on the price of this xxx, and referred to the "no-haggle-pricing" of their shady business. I lost $300 in travel expenses and drove a rental car home. Stay away from these crooks if you value your time and money. 1 star for the liars at Memphis Car Smart, 0 stars is sadly not an option. More

They put a temp hold on cars I wanted to look at so that they would still be there when we arrived. Price was right and the car was in excellent condition. One very minor cosmetic blip that they repaired before we drove away. Made the whole process easy and I love my INFINITI! My daughter also purchased a Chevrolet Traverse there a couple of years ago and recommended them to us. Highly recommend. Thank you, Del and Marsha. More
