Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. We had a wonderful experience today buying a 2015 Prius we saw on Cargurus. No pressure from Blaine,the salesman. He let us take the car to our service department at Toyota to check it out. It was perfect! Looked like it came off the showroom floor. The price was good and we were done in about an hour. Considering how we were dreading having to go thru the car buying process like we have experienced in past years, this one was A++. We recommend trying this small dealer first. They have a varied inventory and prices are reasonable.

Purchased my 2013 INFINITI JX35 on 10/20. Called ahead and told them I was driving almost 3 hrs to look at specific cars. They put a temp hold on cars I wanted to look at so that they would still be there when we arrived. Price was right and the car was in excellent condition. One very minor cosmetic blip that they repaired before we drove away. Made the whole process easy and I love my INFINITI!
