However, verbal and written promises they made on the post sale follow-up, have been lackluster at best. They said they would get back with me about a dent repair, and a key reprogramming, but nothing was ever done unless I called them. Then, when I did get a hold of them, they were short and pissy with me, like I was a bother to them. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, Dieter is your salesman! He did us right and he did the best he could to follow through with what was said. I'm not sure that I can say the same about the other parts of the dealership. More
