Even though there was some back and forth about it, they followed through with what they said they would do concerning the sale, and we ended up buyi Even though there was some back and forth about it, they followed through with what they said they would do concerning the sale, and we ended up buying two vehicles on the same day. However, verbal and written promises they made on the post sale follow-up, have been lackluster at best. They said they would get back with me about a dent repair, and a key reprogramming, but nothing was ever done unless I called them. Then, when I did get a hold of them, they were short and pissy with me, like I was a bother to them. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, Dieter is your salesman! He did us right and he did the best he could to follow through with what was said. I'm not sure that I can say the same about the other parts of the dealership. More
