Went to Mcree fast lane service, was second in line 7:00 AM. At 8:00 I was told they were short on technicians and they moved my service back to end of the line and my truck would not start the oil change u AM. At 8:00 I was told they were short on technicians and they moved my service back to end of the line and my truck would not start the oil change until 9:00. Needless to say the 1 hour waste of my time meant nothing to this dealer!!!! This type of service has been typical in my experience at this dealer and is also prevalent in new car sales where I had an horrible experience. More
