Dealing with Neil Novick was a pleasure. He did not try to hard sell us. We test drove the car and we like it but were not ready to buy it yesterday. The communication was great. I asked him to address one issue with the car and it was done by the time we came back. The whole process took less than 90 minutes (60 minutes on Sunday and 30 minutes on Monday). Neil made it quite easy. What an experience. We also had the pleasure dealing with Mike(finance manager). He did not try to sell us extras that he new we did not need. We spent 20 of our 30 minutes in finance. We purchased gap insurance which we have done in the pass. This is a great place to go if you need a car. Great people. I seldom leave responses but they were too good not leave a recommendation. More

They had such a great offer on this amazing 2012 Challenger RT Classic that I knew I had to have it. I am very busy at work, so I asked Luis Garcia if he could run the numbers for me while I was at work so I wouldn't have to spend to a lot of time at the dealer.
