I was so disgusted with hearing all the foul language I just left. On my way out I overheard another customer say it was the general manager that was yelling. I could not believe that anyone would talk to people like that let alone employees. I definitely won't be back to this store. More
This car did not meet regulation when they sold it to me I want to start off by saying this is the WORST customer experience of ANY company I've ever dealt with! It's not in my nature to do this and I have never written a review like this in my life, but I want to save anyone who would think of buying a car from this place. I was sold a car 2 months ago that had a slow leak from dangerously worn down tires. As this was my first car purchase I did not know all the details I would need to check for as I assumed there would be stringent regulations on an acceptable condition of a car. I went to 3 specialists that all said that there was no way in 2,000 miles I could have put that much wear on the tires (I drove all highway). The alignment was also terribly out of line and looked to be like that for a while. All said I spend $926 on new tires and alignment. I called 3-5 times a day every day for 3 weeks and was consistently forwarded by the 'friendly' office manager who apologized up and down about how terrible the service was (She knew me by name because of how often I called to try to talk to an actual human being to help me). All in all I talked to Dan Haberland who forwarded me to Stuart the General Manager. Stuart called me and in a 2 minute told me that if I had called him before I got my tires changed he could have worked a deal out (which I did and no one would call me back for a week so I had to change my tires because I ran the risk of hydroplaning in the rain). He then did not let me tell my side of the story which I had photo evidence of the wear, written documentation, AND they talked to the person that worked on my car that told them over and over that there was no way I could have put that wear on a tire so their initial work was not done with tire regulations which is ILLEGAL! This establishment is shady to say the least and I would say borderline operates on illegal activity. I would advise EVERYONE to STAY AWAY form this establishment for their time and safety's sake at the very least! More
Nobody know what the heck is going on over there Went in pre-approved with a car loan....talked us into going thru their financing.....we finally agreed. Took possession of the new car on October 5th...ten days later they had NOT paid off our trade in and hadn't even processed our paperwork .......couldn't even find it when we called them to see what was going on. Finally went to our bank got the check and walked in to pay them to be done with them. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! More
Made it easy I have owned at least four Dodge vehicles in the past 40 years and during that time dealt with many salespeople who tried to push off on me cars that I have owned at least four Dodge vehicles in the past 40 years and during that time dealt with many salespeople who tried to push off on me cars that were too expensive or not exactly what I was wanting. I usually know exactly which vehicle I want when I walk on the floor, so I'm not a difficult customer. I dealt with Don Lockridge at McPeek Dodge to purchase my new 2014 Dodge Charger RT and it was the best experience I've had when purchasing a car. I told him what I wanted (although I was debating colors) and he showed me three that fit my request. One of them was MY car. I drove on a short test drive, went back to the dealership and a few hours later, drove away in my new car. It could not have been easier. Don was knowledgable about the cars and trucks that were available (another friend went with me and was asking other questions). He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need/want. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I would definately go back again if I needed another car. More
I do not recommend this dealership. Old school dealership approach to their customers: they treat their customers as if they are without intelligence, not valued, and each customer is a liar. Treated me as if they were doing me a favor in letting me buy a car from them, when I had preapprovals from Chrysler Financial, and Honda. I had a bad experience at this dealership. I was preapproved through Chrysler Financial before walking into the dealership. The internet sales department reached out to me for the purchase. Once in the dealership, the internet sales person lead me through the lot. During the interaction, several times, my questions were ignored or intentionally the conversation diverted. I mentioned that I wanted to use the Trade in Deal that was going on and that was treated like it was not important. When I gave my copy of the approval to the dealer, he stated that it was nice and proceeded to ignore the approval and started the interrogation process they call filling out the application. Instead of giving me the application to complete, Dennis wrote out the application himself asking me the questions, as he was looking at me with each question as if I was lying about my response. When we were taking about rate, he ignored me again and never explained the process to me and continued to treat me as if I was not valuable customer for them. By this time, I was not willing to buy anything. He came back with the offer, but I decline, not wanting to do any business any longer. I will never go back to this dealership again. In fact, I will not buy a Dodge now. More
