I want to make this very clear: McPeek goes above and beyond to live up to what they advertise! From the moment we began to work with Luis in sales, we were impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge. Luis doesn’t just repeat the sales brochure; he truly knows the products and will be able to answer your questions. The sales manager Miguel went way beyond what I expect when it comes time to make the deal; he worked very hard to get the best deal for us and all the while was gracious and professional. Over in finance, Mike made it all come together and helped us get the best value for our money. Mike is one of the most organized finance people I have ever worked with. I am more than satisfied with the staff at McPeek, and I applaud them all for being courteous and truly professional. Even when the dealership was long past closed, the entire staff made us feel welcome. My family and I were treated the way I would want to be treated, the presentation and new vehicle delivery were top notch, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you McPeek Dodge/Ram! More
I phoned McPeeks's Service Department, spoke with Max and was quoted a price to change fluids in the engine, transmission and differential. My wife took the vehicle in with a list of items I wanted checked. She met with Chris. He talked her into having the coolant flushed and several other things not on the list. When I picked up the vehicle the invoice was more than $1,600. The price for the engine, transmission and differential fluids was more than originally quoted by Max. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this dealership. It will not happen again because I will never go back there. I would not recommend McPeek's Dodge of Anaheim to anyone needing service. More

I bought a new Dodge Grand Caravan to be handicapped equipped. Dennis brought new vehicles to me to inspect so that I did not have to suffer the pain of walking around the dealership. Finally, Dennis had my handicap license plates, from my trade in, transferred to my new vehicle, at the time of purchase. This has never been done for me on previous new car purchases. More

I spent a lot of hours of a lot of days trying to find the vehicle we wanted. We found a couple but was not able to get the service we needed from other dealer ships. When I called McPeeks Dodge and spoke to Jim and was amazed at our professional and friendly they were. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesman. Jim worked with the sales manager, Miguel Cornejo, to get us an amazing deal in the vehicle we wanted. I was told how great Miguel was by his employees. He was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted at an amazing deal. They spent a lot of time and close work with the banks to get our payment right where we said we needed it. I told him what i could afford and he never once came back and gave a higher price. He kept working at the numbers and droped the price where we needed it to be to get the monthly paymets where we could afford them. This is the best service I have ever received not just at a dealership, but at any place of business. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership to by your new or used vehicle. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! More

I bought a used Nissan Versa from them. Price was ok, then they talked me into a "Bumper to Bumper " warranty. I have a problem with the car which my local Chrysler Dealer cannot fix. When I called the 1-800 Service Contract Center I spoke to a "Alfredo" who said McPeek had mislead me and the repair is not covered. He advise me to cancel the contract. Have left messages for Neal and emails which have been ignored. More

He was incredibly knowledgable and hard working. I appreciate all of his time, dedication, and focus. Mike took the extra effort to explain cost, pricing, and then offered me the best price possible. In addition to Mike, the entire staff at McPeek's Dodge was friendly and interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The lot had plenty of inventory to choose from. The showroom was pristine, I was quite impressed wtih the #4 Mopar Charger that was on display. Clearly, if you are looking for a Dodge there is only one place to shop, McPeek's in Anaheim. More
After dealing with used car dealers that gave used car salesmen a bad name, I called McPeeks after finding the car that I wanted on Cars.com. I spoke with Miguel, who put me in touch with Jose, who talked salesmen a bad name, I called McPeeks after finding the car that I wanted on Cars.com. I spoke with Miguel, who put me in touch with Jose, who talked me through the car I was looking at, and after deciding that it was worth a look in person, we took the drive from the North end of LA to Anaheim to meet with Jose and see the vehicle. Jose allowed us to look through the car with a fine-toothed comb, comparing everything that we saw to the representation that they had put on the internet, and the car was represented perfectly. Jose offered to let us take the car for a drive to see how well it ran on the road, and took extra care to keep the whole copy-of-the-drivers-license paperwork and checking out transparent to us. After a brief drive, we came back to the lot and asked to be left alone to discuss the car further in private, and Jose kept a discrete distance, far enough to not be obtrusive, and close enough to be there for when I had a question. Although we decided to not purchase the car that day, Jose kept a good demeanor, and was very happy when we told him we would call him back by a certain time. The next morning, after sleeping on it (the idea, not the car), we called in and spoke to Mike & Neil, and made arrangements to have one more detailed look at the car. After a couple of hours for breakfast and the drive, we pulled in to the lot, and Neil, who recognized us when we pulled in from the day before, was standing aside waiting for us, and greeted us warmly, telling us he had the car pulled into the back, washed, fueled, and ready for us to take another look at. This was certainly the most impressive part of the sale, as we were all ready to make the deal and Neil did everything possible to close the sale. After a very painless negotiation (for me, that is), Neil and Mike gave in to my demands and within an hour we had all the paperwork done and we were on our way. Although I am not a Mopar kind of guy, I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the staff on the Dodge & Ram products, and while the paperwork was being processed we talked about the Charger, Challenger and Ram pickup and I learned a lot about the Dodge line of vehicles. The entire staff realized that shopping with a seven year old child can be trying, and did everything they could to keep him distracted, from a balloon (not your average balloon, but one of those oversized helium ones that they tie outside to attract customers) to showing him around the cars. That kind of customer service goes beyond anything that can be taught in a sales seminar. If anyone finds a used car for sale at McPeeks through Cars.com or any of the online resources, or if anyone is looking for a Dodge or Ram car, part or accessory, take the extra time to go to McPeek's and see one of these guys. You will find that it is worth the trip. More
