We found a vehicle we wanted online, but once we got to the dealership that had it, we found out that they had already traded it to McMahon Pre-Owned. We had a great experience with Richard Witkowski on Friday, Oct. 12th. We arrived around 4:30 pm. The first car we seen was a 2010 Nissan, Altima. We test drove four cars. He told us we could test drive any car. He tried to work out a great deal with us with the Nissan Maximum but I was afraid it was going to be a little over my budget. We decided to go back to the first car that we looked at which was the Nissan Altima. Mind you it was now around 9:15 pm. All this time he continued to give us great customer service and was still happy to help us find a vehicle. I decided to purchase the Nissan Altima. Richard, James and Sean were able to get us a fantastic rate! I have already recommended Richard to two people I work with. I was really overwhelmed with the quality, friendliness and superior customer service we received from Richard. More

Richard did an excellent job of searching for exactly what we requested in a vehicle. There were a few things we were unsure of with a vehicle we liked but he made sure to have them taken care of without what we requested in a vehicle. I went to this dealership along with two others and it was by far the best. The quality of the cars were like NEW! The miles on the cars were quite low for a pre owned dealership compared to the other pla was by far the best. The quality of the cars were like NEW! Just like the cars were brand new. I almost forgot I was shopping used. The customer service was great and Richard was very friendly and helpful. He got me into the car I actually WANTED!!! He didn't push me into something he wanted me to be in or something he wanted to sell like other dealers. So overall my whole expierence was great! I even found a new favorite gum! Ha More
