Saw a pickup in Auto Trader. Called to get more information and talked to Matt. Called a few days later to make sure still in inventory and talked to Neil. I worked with Richard Witkowski and the service was great. I was given direct information although for a moment, I felt as if I was going to have the run around because of the long wait. While I waited for my credit report and information to come back from the finance department, I began to feel uneasy about the situation because of the length of time that it took. Although I was almost unable to take care of other buisness for the evening, I must say that after convincing me to just wait 15 more minutes, I was introduced to James who then gave me the run down on my options, and although my price was slightly over my limit of what I was willing to spend, I was satisfied after being explained an option that would lead to a great and affordable future with my car payments. It turned out that the wait was definitely worth it. I felt that Richard was honest with me when choosing cars and was able to help me choose a great car, fuel efficent, and one that I really believe fits me since I have had a chance to get a feel of the car.
