We were in a bind because my daughter's car had been totaled. The other person's insurance was paying for the rental, and once they told us the car was totaled, we had 2 days more on the rental and tha totaled. My daughter is away at school in Kansas City so I had her come into town that Friday and our goal was to find a car that was no older than 2008, had less than 50,000 miles (she drives alot between St. Louis and KC). I talked to Richard on the phone Friday morning. He sent me several cars over email for me to look at (I had been searching the Internet for the last 2 days - and visited 3 dealers with no luck). He found a car that matched all my criteria (it had to be a SUV and could not be red or silver - teenagers!!!!). I told Richard I wanted to see the Nissaan - he had it delivered to his lot and ready for me to look at when I got there. My daughter loved the car. Richard was very curteous and there was no pressure. He had it detailed and we were ready to go! Richard had us bring it down the next day for the inspection and we were in and out..... I felt like Richard had our interests as his prioirity, not his to sell a vehicle. We already told him we will be looking for a truck for my husband next May (after my daughter graduates from college) and we will definitely be back. I would also recommend Richard to all my friends. He has sold my sister inlaw and nephew their cars as well,,, and now we are lifelong customers. More

What we appreciated the most was his willingness to work hard to find us what we needed and do it with a great attitude. We were looking for something specific, a truck to tow a travel trailer with, and even though Richard wasn't familiar with some of the mechanical specs that we had to consider, he worked hard to find what ever info was needed and to help us hunt down the truck that met all of our needs. Many other sales people either would try to get us to buy a truck we didn't need just to sell something or just simply were not motivated to help us find what met our needs. Richard is highly motivated which is why we were very happy to give McMahon Ford our business. We are very happy with our new F150 Ecoboost. Also, Richard was motivated to help us get a great price on the vehicle and we obviously appreciate that as well.
