No accountability in Service Dept. After $4700. charge for replacement of head gasket in 2006 Cadillac DTS, clips holding the radiator cover in place were left rolling around under the After $4700. charge for replacement of head gasket in 2006 Cadillac DTS, clips holding the radiator cover in place were left rolling around under the hood on the engine, the engine mount was left broken/cracked with no comment from the dealer, and the power steering hose was left leaking on the engine. Two other shops said this damage was likely caused when pulling the engine to replace the head gasket. When confronting Service Mgr. Michelle Gau and General Mgr. Dan Calvert at McLaughlin Motors, they took no responsibility, made no explanation, were completely not accountable and not interested in a solution. Buyer Beware... More
