It was if Dan and I had been friends for sometime and he was in my home visiting addressing all my questions and concerns. Upon completion of my purchase Dan spent a great deal of time reviewing all the features of the XT5. In addition, Dan is coming to my home to program the garage door openers. I couldn't have had a better experience. Most important to me is service. I obviously can't comment on McLaughlin's service at this time.
