Great service David McClure was the salesman who helped me. I was browsing carguru.com for a buick. I drove a buick or Oldsmobile in the past, but i ended up buyin David McClure was the salesman who helped me. I was browsing carguru.com for a buick. I drove a buick or Oldsmobile in the past, but i ended up buying a chevy malibu 3 years ago. Nothing wrong with it, but it's just not a buick. I found a buick lacrosse that caught my eye at McLaughlin. I called and spoke to david. I told him i didn't have much time but i wanted to take a test drive. When i arrived, he had the car warming up, a car fax report in hand, and a paper showing the options it had. I drove it and loved it, but i never make a split second decision. I told him I would think about it and not to hound me about the car. He did what i asked but did tell me about a price decrease. I still wasn't ready to buy. I took my boyfriend for a test drive that weekend and he loved it too. I walked away again. David called again with a price decrease and i made a decision to buy. I loved the low pressure. I loved that if he didn't know the answer, he would look it up. After all, he is a Cadillac salesman, not a buick expert. He stuck to his word to detail the car, fill it up, and get me a spare key.
