Years of Service and.... I've taken my car to McLarty Honda for the same problem three times within a year. When I took my car in this last visit, I stated I was STILL experi I've taken my car to McLarty Honda for the same problem three times within a year. When I took my car in this last visit, I stated I was STILL experiencing an oil leak problem. Once they looked at it the service tech called and said the issue with the oil leak was from a part I had already replaced. The service tech later called and said the service manager would take care of replacing that part this time. They ordered the parts and kept my car overnight. I received a call the next day stating the car was ready. I picked it up, drove it home, and the oil light came on. Yet another trip I had to make for an issue with the oil. As it turned out, they never put any oil in my car after working on it for an oil leak. I have a 2003 Honda Accord and all of my service has been done at the dealership. The service I’ve received since it’s become McLarty is not as it was when it was Bale. The service tech (Dillon) is a great guy, very nice and he knows me when I pull up (first and last name). He and I laugh when I come because I always tell him, I come here way too often, you know me by name when I pull up. More

Excellent service by all, especially Duke San Martin! As an inexperienced car buyer, I came into the process incredibly nervous and wanted to make sure I was making a smart financial decision as well as f As an inexperienced car buyer, I came into the process incredibly nervous and wanted to make sure I was making a smart financial decision as well as finding the right car. The sales specialist that I worked with, Duke San Martin, was professional and friendly, both of which made the experience much more fun. Duke San Martin immediately offered me coffee or a bottle of water, and created a full-on chinese buffet for me while he negotiated the numbers... I was wowed! Throughout each step of the process, Duke took the time to clearly detail what each part of the contract (including numbers, payments, warranties, etc.) in a way that, when I sat down to sign the contract at the end of the day, I felt confident with the arsenal of knowledge regarding my purchase. Duke's dedication to customer service and confidence in the McLarty Auto Group were impressive to say the least. Also, Mr. Zach Jones, in the finance department, was an absolute joy to work with! Not only did Mr. Jones thoroughly go through the contractual terms and break them down into layman's terms for me, but had me laughing the whole time! He has such a positive attitude that is contagious and patience to boot. Mr. Jones even went so far as to explain how the payments would benefit my credit even more! Lastly, Reece Hancock, the General Manager, was incredibly kind and professional. Although I had only a few minutes to chat with him (as I was eager to check out my new ride), he shook my hand and treated me with the utmost respect as I thanked him for his (and his team's) help. As a female consumer, it doesn't take much time at all to get an idea of how the office moral is regarding women. Mr. Hancock has created an atmosphere of equality, with a positive and friendly sales team full of respectful sales specialists. Thank you for taking the time to work with me!
