My Service Advisor was Sam Rios. Shane just scheduled the appointment for my 90000 mile service. As usual, Sam did a fine job. The low tire pressure light usually comes on after my service on the way home, but there isn't usually as big a discrepancy between the tires. More
Chance was knowledgeable about the car and helped us set it up. My only problem was I wanted a front wheel drive and it was going to another stat e. We had texted ahead with Darrell that we wanted to drive a new Pilot while waiting on our repair, but he was busy across the showroom for a long time with other customers, and he finally came and saw us and got Rea to help us. Rea misunderstood that we were wanting to drive a new Pilot after showing us and letting us drive a 2-yr old car. I thought they must not have any new ones. She apologized for the misunderstanding. She did get a 2026 and brought it around for us to drive and showed us features on it and answered our questions. She was very nice. More
