When I get tired of the surveys, I’ll go somewhere I don’t have to fool w them. Someone, maybe y’all, need to do a survey of senior citizens on how they feel about surveys. We constantly get hounded by telemarketers and scammers from all over the world, and even worse,political surveys. DealerRater is undoubtedly a company that makes money from conducting surveys, in which case, mclarty will never see this. Recently had some issues and they were taken care of in a timely, helpful, and professional manner. Would not use another Honda dealership and I don't live in LR. Ms. Kim is the kindest woman and was extremely helpful. Helped me with my oil change and made sure to check everything on my car and to see what was needed. Extremely helpful!
