Justin did my intake paperwork. He was excellent-- professional, courteous. Sam was assigned to work on my car. When I called to ask if it was ready for pick up, he told me he had n He was excellent-- professional, courteous. Sam was assigned to work on my car. When I called to ask if it was ready for pick up, he told me he had not fixed the issue I brought it in for because there was nothing wrong with it. I assumed he had misunderstood the problem, but when I tried to clarify and explain, he was dismissive and combative. I told him that my sliding door would not operate in manual mode, and he told me that 1. There's no such thing as manual mode (there's a switch on the dashboard) 2. That was just for emergencies (I told him emergencies were exactly my concern as it did not work at all) and 3 that actually it did open if you pulled hard. I told him that it absolutely did not, and that alerted me to the fact that he had not tested it. My husband had to take off work, personally take the service manager to the parking lot, and ask him to open it. He couldn't. Only then did the service manager agree that it needed to be fixed. The cord was binding up inside the door latch mechanism. A problem that is thoroughly documented on the internet for Odyssey vans. I will not bring my vehicle back to this location. More
