Fast and convenient, great customer service! My car was having trouble starting in the summer heat one weekend. I managed to get it in first thing Monday morning. It was overdue for some other services so I asked for those to be taken care of, too. I appreciated the courtesy car I was given to use until mine was repaired. The new feature where I can approve parts and services via text was handy since I work long hours and can't be on the phone that much. I felt like Glen worked hard to make sure my car was in good shape; he explained everything to me so I could make informed decisions. More
