McKevitt Volvo - San Leandro

My Husband and I currently own a Volvo and have been very happy with the car. We decided it was time to get another vehicle and decided on another Volvo. We shopped around at a few dealerships, and McKevitt happy with the car. We decided it was time to get another vehicle and decided on another Volvo. We shopped around at a few dealerships, and McKevitt was by far the friendliest and inviting one we went to. Steve, our sales associate was very nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He really listened to us and made up feel like he really wanted our business. The other dealers we went to did not seem very eager or interested in making us a deal. McKevitt is over 2 hours away from our home. Such a far distance would not have been our first choice as to where to purchase a car, but everyone there was so nice and considerate, we decided to give them our business. We would DEFINATELY recommend this dealer to ANYONE looking for a Volvo. If we are in the market again, in the years to come, we will probably go there first. More

Service personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. Work has always been professional. They are honest on what needs to be done with your car and how much it would cost. On this trip, they did not finish the work as promised. I was a bit disappointed because I did not get advance notice and I had a long trip to make the next day. However, the next day when I came back to pick up my car, I was given 10% discount on my bill and did not have to pay for one of the services. I though it was fair enough! How could anyone not come back to McKevitt? More
