There was no window sticker on my car and they refused to provide one when I bought it- illegal. They overcharged me from a price we agreed upon and included things that I made clear I did not want, like a paint protectant. They said they sent a refund to Volvo Financing to address this, but didn’t. I’m still trying to get things straightened out. By far, the most shady and dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with.
We called ahead to agree on a price for a car we were looking at. We insisted that our price was definitive and there was no point for us driving 2hours the price we agreed on on the phone because we would then just leave. They confirmed on the phone the price was definitive. We arrived after a long drive and then price had changed. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this dealership.
Eleonor was excellent- friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She helped me understand the vehicle, answered all my questions, and honestly seems like one of those folks that really does let the car sell itself. She was patient when I rescheduled my appointment several times because we were traveling from out of town. She didn't miss a beat when I had a sick family member who needed just a spot to rest while I did my test drive. Very kind person. I usually dread dealing with sales people. From the minute I started texting till I finished buying the car an exceptional experience with her.
LC was very supportive, attentive and honest when we inquired about the vehicle. If I had to do it over again, I would only go through LC. Thank you.

Mr. Lawrence Finley understood my needs as a senior citizen, and that I truly wanted a Volvo to have simplicity in style, gas economy, and priced right. I was shown several used XC40's and XC60's. After a couple of days to consider the size of the car, I took it on a test drive and he explained the essential features for driving the car. He was patient and confident that I could drive on the surface roads without going on the freeway. I decided to buy the XC40 and he prepared the paperwork. I also mentioned that I did not intend to drive to Washington State where I live since I was purchasing the car in California. I wanted to transport the car by a carrier. He said I would need to do this on my own. However, he checked with his manager and was he given the OK to engage a transporter and to include the cost to the sale of the car. I was very relieved that he provided this extra special service. Indeed, he did care that I wasn't feeling anxious about making transport arrangements. Buying a car is a big decision and a stressful one for any buyer but he made me feel comfortable. This is my third Volvo and I expect it to last for many years.
