Do not just listen to what the salesperson states because ultimately it is only about making the sale. Before committing to such a large purchase, investigate what you are purchasing and shop around .I am not stating we are having issues currently with this vehicle, but it has only been 1 day. We just do not want the same engine issues that we have had in the past with GMC Sierra. I believe it is a known issue that we should have done more investigating before we jumped right in with the purchase of this vehicle. I also feel the sales agent should be a little more educated on what they are selling when a customer asks questions about the vehicle . A vehicle is a large purchase, and with this, you do not want to turn around and have to put money into this purchase right away. I understand that we purchased a used vehicle and problems may occur, but when we ask about this before driving it should be considered. Future customers should do your own education prior to making such a large purchase. Everyone was extremely nice, but I feel it was to make the sale rather than satisfy the customer. This truly will impact where I choose to purchase my next vehicle. When you go into a dealership and ask prior to test driving a vehicle for this vehicle not to have a certain motor type this should be more investigated by your sales agent. It was about making money versus satisfaction. More

Some of the worst experience I have ever had. They have worked on my transmission going on 3 months now have given it back to me twice with it worse then when I originally took it to them.$10,880 They have worked on my transmission going on 3 months now have given it back to me twice with it worse then when I originally took it to them.$10,880 worth of work and 3 months later my truck still can not be driven. They were very upfront about the deal that could be made and didn’t waste myself or my family’s time. Matt explained in great detail any questions we had. Jean Hernandez, Mark Wallace, and Kendall (sales person) were great. Everyone else who I came in contact with, from the senior sales manager (deal reviewer) to the finance guy, were complete idiots and time were great. Everyone else who I came in contact with, from the senior sales manager (deal reviewer) to the finance guy, were complete idiots and time wasters. As a result, I would never go back to consider another purchase at McKenzie without getting an in-writing agreement to my pre-conditions...that I in fact verbally set out with Jean the day prior to my visit to the dealership. As I stated, beyond the (3) guys I mentioned who treated me correctly, the rest of that experience failed miserably to meet my expectations! I told them in advance that I did NOT want to spend 4-5 hours buying this car. I selected it before I came in; reviewed the Carfax before I went there. I had approved financing with USAA before I got in the door. I told Jean I DID NOT want any add-on options of any kind; and NO extended vehicle maintenance plans. Yet, the clowns there still pissed away my time like it had no value! 4-hours to get this deal done...insane! 45 minutes trying to get me "better financing" with one of their "great lenders"! Was a waste of time. No deal better than what USAA gave me. Who knows how many credit pulls, pulling down my 798 score I walked in the door with! I still bought the car. To the ownership group - I heard you have great ethics and respect your customers. On Saturday it seems not everyone on your team is playing from that playbook! One final comment - the primary reason that I even looked at the inventory at the dealership for my purchase decision was due to an EXCELLENT experience I had weeks prior with the Maintenance department (Devon and team). That's why I have this dealership the first chance to sell me a car. More
