Michael and Austyn took very good care of me during my visit. Michael initially approached me in the lot and was very patient as I walked around almost all McKenzie's stock. He arranged a quick appraisal visit. Michael initially approached me in the lot and was very patient as I walked around almost all McKenzie's stock. He arranged a quick appraisal of my trade while we test drove my selection and I had a deal in my hands within what seemed like thirty minutes of arriving. I did not purchase immediately, in fact, I brought my wife and neighbor back that evening to see the car. Michael walked all the way to the end of the lot with the keys to let my wife and neighbor sit in the car. I visited the next day and purchased the car. Austynn was great with the paperwork; he is a true professional. More

This car buying experience at McKenzie Buick GMC was the easiest and most efficient out of the six vehicles our family has purchased from them, four of those vehicles since 2020. Michael Cleary (salesman) easiest and most efficient out of the six vehicles our family has purchased from them, four of those vehicles since 2020. Michael Cleary (salesman) met us on the lot and assisted us quickly and patiently. Extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle, he answered any and all of our questions. Then, he orchestrated the transitions from other also very efficient and friendly personnel in the other departments. We want to especially thank Michael Cleary, Mike Weston, and Austin in the Finance Department for orchestrating this process. There was no pressure; all was a very comfortable experience for a great price. We would highly recommend this dealership. More
