I chatted with the very nice lady behind the counter for a couple minutes then sat down to enjoy my coffee and wait for the car. The young man who signed me in showed up with my key fob before I finished the coffee and said the car was ready. The coffee was great, the employees were very professional and courteous and the fast service was very much appreciated. Of course it was all part of the complementary service included with every McKenna lease/purchase. What a great team! More
