When I walked into McGrath Nissan, my original purpose was to compare pricing and vehicles from a number of different dealerships. After meeting Steven and taking a test drive in a Versa, I knew this was was to compare pricing and vehicles from a number of different dealerships. After meeting Steven and taking a test drive in a Versa, I knew this was the car I wanted. Although basic, it had everything I needed and was economical on gas. Steven is quite knowlegdeable about the cars, was no-pressure and was extremely respectful and polite. By the time the deal was done and all of the paperwork had been signed, it was 10:30 at night. They all stayed late, including the porter, in order for me to drive away with my new car. Everyone at McGrath Nissan works hard for the customer and I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know who might be looking for a good, reliable vehicle. More

The internet department is a scam. They will quote you a very low price just to lure you in and then when you show up at the dealership they will add 10 different fees to bump up the price. Sales manager Manny is just outright rude and impolite. I had asked them to quote a 2011 Nissan Murano SL AWD. They quoted me a demo car and did not mention it in the quote. When I visited the dealership after a 50 mile drive they did not have the vehicle they quoted me. Very dishonest. I think the owner and the GM should reflect on the bad reviews they get since those are the potential sales they lose. I got a better deal from another dealership who were honest. So if you receive internet quote be prepared when the price of the car is not what the quote says. More
