McGrath Nissan responded

I am sorry that this customer feels that way about how they were handled at McGrath Nissan. The salesperson that handled this client was new to the automobile business and unfortunately did not explain the equipment level of the advertised vehicle correctly on the phone, so when they arrived at the store they were upset with the us. I attempted to contact the customer on two separate occasion to rectify the problem that occurred when they came in, however they chose not to respond to my messages. The salesperson has since decided to choose another career path. Scott McGrath
