I contacted four KIA dealerships about a vehicle purchase in April 2023. Jason Murley, of McGrath responded the next day. Ordered the car in late May 2023and Jason said it would be about 6 months for delivery. Jason notified me in early November 2023 that my car would be available in a couple of days. We completed the paperwork via US Mail, including mailing McGrath a check for the car. We drove from mid-Iowa to McGrath dealership on November 27. It was the first time I had met Jason, or had been in the dealership. Jason demonstrated the vehicle functions and we drove the car off the lot. We had one issue with the options on the car, but that we satisfactory resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with or experience dealing with Jason. More

Having been a loyal customer who has purchased not one, not two, but three cars from their dealership, I felt compelled to share my recent journey, which, though initially challenging, turned into a truly exceptional experience. Once my concerns were brought to their attention, they went above and beyond to completely rectify the situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Pat McGrath's team acted swiftly and decisively to address my concerns. The dealership's management, including the general manager, Mark Updegraff, and the used vehicle sales director, Mason Schultz, were both amazing and took my feedback very seriously. They immediately offered to fix things. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to making things right and ensuring my satisfaction. They recognized the importance of providing me with a vehicle that suits my needs as a disabled Army veteran. They have not only addressed the issues I encountered, but have also taken steps to ensure that such situations are less likely to occur in the future. While my recent experience initially left me disappointed, it's their swift and effective response that has ultimately and completely restored my faith in their dealership. I left Kia because of this dealership. I LOVED my Kia Sorento. LOVED IT! Every time I went to Kia on Center Point Rd for service I was stuck for several hours. I purchased the oil change p I LOVED my Kia Sorento. LOVED IT! Every time I went to Kia on Center Point Rd for service I was stuck for several hours. I purchased the oil change package but quickly discovered it was not worth it. Three hours for an oil change is too much. Then, when my engine went out and I was stranded on the side of the road, the service manager told me that it would be weeks before they could even look at it to decide if it was a warranty issue. I already had the code and it was confirmed to be a warranty issue. I was told that they do not provide loaner cars for warranty work, but that it could take up to a couple of months for my car to be repaired. Needless to say I went to Finnin Kia in Dubuque and they not only gave me a car to drive, they had a new engine in my car in two days. Since McGrath is buying up EVERY SINGLE DEALERSHIP in the area, I drove to Illinois and bought a Honda. I am so pleased with that purchase at Lisle Honda. I will never go back to McGrath. More

So much so, I drove 13 hours round trip from Indiana to Iowa to buy a car from him. With 2023 being the last year for the beloved Stinger, I started looking for one. I looked at no less than a dozen different dealerships and spoke to even more salesmen. Luckily, Jason was one of them. Over the course of our discussions Jason set himself apart from all the others by being very personable, and it became clear to me that he had integrity and high principle. Much more so than any salesman I have ever met. And he went the extra mile to help me get exactly the deal I wanted. It’s hard to put into words, but my intuition told me Jason was genuine and someone I could trust. You cannot go wrong with buying a car from him. The world needs more Jasons. More
