Much better compared to last visit for 1 new tire. We really enjoyed purchasing new vehicles at McGrath from Robin since he left thins have not been so good. Last new 2019 purchase left a bad taste in our mouths, salesman & finance person very disappointing experience with both. We were told things like spare tire is now a full size tire, I asked if this meant we could start a 5 tire rotation and were told yes its the spare is the same as the 4 on it. Not true! there were many more items like this. Prior last experience for 1 x New Tire was horrendous! This time service was much better. Also getting some clarification regarding warranties from Mo was great. More

Horrible service, don't want to give any stars but system won't let me leave blank. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and left with a car that vibrates. Took it back immediately and they told me all won't let me leave blank. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and left with a car that vibrates. Took it back immediately and they told me all brake pads were at a 2, front rotors needed replaced and back ones turned (even though their "100% inspection" said all were at 5). Took my car to 2 different places and they said front are good for another 5-10k and back were at an 8. Horrible lies. More
