Used to be a great place. First my clutch burnt out at 20k miles... very abnormal. Brought it in, was told $100 to diagnose it. Received a call saying they need a go ahead for $1100 for a further diagnosi 20k miles... very abnormal. Brought it in, was told $100 to diagnose it. Received a call saying they need a go ahead for $1100 for a further diagnosis. So now they are deceiving me. I already told them what was wrong. They act like I didn’t know anything and keep trying to push unnecessary parts on me... totaling to $5800!! I went in and said I need my clutch replaced, a clutch replacement does not cost $5800!! They will befriend you as much as they can but in reality they are still for the company, they could care less about the customer. They could not even give me another price. So ok, I get my car towed to another shop. That day I get a call from the mechanic, “hey your clutch kit will be here tomorrow. This is an OEM Honda clutch kit, for $450.” $450!!!! Not $5800!!! The labor I’m paying for the shop still doesn’t total up to $5800! I’m paying around $1500 TOTAL for a repair by a company that cares about their customers not one that will screw you for everything you have. Tread carefully if you go here, they will deceive you. More

Disappointing So disappointed with all aspects of my visit to the dealer for some urgent car work. Will not return.
