There is only one reason to buy a car from McGrath Honda. The service department. The service department staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. I was quoted an estimated time of 90 minutes, for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Jerry Nepperman was very courteous and thorough. As far as filling out this survey, it requires I populate this word review - the star rating is apparently not adequate. Ran into the same type of thing wit as filling out this survey, it requires I populate this word review - the star rating is apparently not adequate. Ran into the same type of thing with my new car survey. I was being forced to rate the salesman and the dealership as one in the same - they weren't. I liked the salesman.
