On my recent visit with my odyssey the service department was very friendly, professional and attentive. They resolved our auto engine shut off when stopped at a light but did not resolve to my satisfaction was very friendly, professional and attentive. They resolved our auto engine shut off when stopped at a light but did not resolve to my satisfaction the sliding passenger door. Still makes a funny sound when opening. The issue that I’m most concerned about is the condition of the loaner van on the interior. It was filthy. If you want to impress your customers the interior and exterior should be very clean. The floor, cup holders, dash, windows were very dirty and there was chocolate on the passenger front seat. Also the process to get the loaner took way too long. That needs to be shortened. More
