Mr. Goldman in your service department was quite knowledgable, friendly and service-oriented. He is definitely a plus for the department. Service Dept was very busy, but Chris was thorough with my needs and gave me an accurate time as to when the service would be done. I am always warmly welcomed. Malia explained everything satisfactorily. Asked if I had questions. I did have to ask her to slow down in her speech, but that could just be me.
