I live within 5 miles. There is supposed be a shuttle service. I asked about it when appt was made online in my notes. Asked again when I arrived. I was asked to wait so they could find out. An hour late service. I asked about it when appt was made online in my notes. Asked again when I arrived. I was asked to wait so they could find out. An hour later the guy comes to tell me the filter is dirty. No shuttle. He clearly forgot. I could have brought my work with me but didn’t since I thought they would give me a ride home. I also waited 10 minutes when I got there without anyone even acknowledging me. Next time I will not use the dealer for service. I’m tired of the misrepresentation. The “free” car wash is also never open. It will just be closed for no reason during its “open” hours. More
