Work was completed on time as promised. Somewhat disappointed with the upselling of additional services. I was told the battery “failed” some test and should be replaced at the cost of ov Somewhat disappointed with the upselling of additional services. I was told the battery “failed” some test and should be replaced at the cost of over $200+, which I did even though there was no indication the battery was failing especially on a vehicle we purchased less than one year ago for your dealership. This cost was beyond the $1200 the front and rear brakes replaced. in addition was charged another $47 just to use my credit card. I will definitely consider using other means of repair in the future for these standard maintenance issues. More

The service person was inexperienced. Drove out of the dealership after service and now the low tire pressure lights are on.
