I was impressed with the service department. I most likely have a small leak on my transmission housing. They cleaned up the housing, shiny clean, and told me to keep an eye on. I thought this was an honest approach, and not a story that this is a serious problem and a horrid disaster of it were no fixed immediately. I am eighty and had countless cars in my life, and my dad had many trucks in his business and I did simple maintenance on them. the service team was a young man and a young lady. The service writer said it would take about 3 hrs for the service. I told her I was going to wait and she offered to get me a ride home . I got some coffee and watched TV and in 3 hrs it was done .
