My service advisor was Monika Krysinska. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We had lost a set of keys to the car and she found them in the car, when it was in for serv She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I hadn't requested a loaner, thinking the shuttle would take me home and pick me up, but she provided a loaner, as there had been a few cancellations. She provided excellent suggestions for service, ones that would help with fuel efficiency, so important in this environment of escalating gas prices. I really appreciated her expertise AND her professionalism and warm friendliness. My experience with Monika, and McGrath, were first-rate. More
