This is the second CRV I’ve purchased from McGrath. On the first 2019 purchased the trailer hitch installed was not a 2 inch receiver that I expected. I emailed and met with the sales manager documenting other problems I encountered with the sale. No compensation was given. On the first oil change on the 2019 the the oil life indicator was not reset, not easy to reset for the un informed. This service was for the 2022 CRV I purchased. Guess what the oil life sensor was not reset again. Just plain aggravating! I will commend the service rep on this trip Friendly and on top of every thing, appreciated him delaying the tire rotation Until next time Lucky I like Honda Thank you Mike Mullen More
