ZERO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE ! !! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !!! STAY AWAY!!!THE SALES PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CARS OR PROMOTIONS . WE RECIEVED THE CAR A WEEK LATE AFTER WAITING A !! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !!! STAY AWAY!!!THE SALES PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CARS OR PROMOTIONS . WE RECIEVED THE CAR A WEEK LATE AFTER WAITING A MONTH. THE CAR HAD A CHIP IN THE BUMPER .THEY ASSURED US IT WOULD BE FIXED . ALL THEY DID WAS ADD TOUCH UP PAINT AND THE BUMPER IS STILL DAMAGED . HAD THE CAR IN THE SERVICE FOR 3 WEEKS OUT OF THE 8 WEEKS WE HAVE OWNED IT. A WEEK TO CORRECT THE CHIP AND INSTALL HONDA ACCESSORIES . BROUGHT IT BACK TO SERVICE A WEEK LATER CAUSE A BRAKE LINE BROKE. THEY TOOK OFF THE STEP RAIL THEY INSTALLED AND PUT IT BACK ON DAMAGING THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR OR THE STEP RAIL CAUSING A GAP FROM THE RAIL TO THE CAR . THEY HAD THE CAR ANOTHER WEEK TO TELL US ITS FROM NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR . MIND YOU WE BOUGHT THE CAR IN JULY OF THIS YEAR WE BOUGHT A EXTENDED WARRANTY AND ITS STILL UNDER HONDAS WARRANTY . BUT THEY REFUSE TO COVER IT . IF IT WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE THE BRAKE LINE AND THE STEP RAIL WOULD OF NOT BROKE IN 5 WEEKS TIME. I WILL ADD PICTURES SOON AS WE GET THE CAR BACK . IM SURE HONDA DOES NOT MAKE CARS PARTS OR ACCESSORIES TO LAST 5 WEEKS. THE HOOD COVER WAS NOT CENTERED OR TAPE DOWN CORRECTLY . WE HAD OTHER ACCESSORIES INSTALLED BY THEM TOO AND NOW WE HAVE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM CHECK THE WORK THEY DID AT ELGIN HONDA . I was a drive-in customer and was greeted upon arrival and told a service consultant would be with me shortly. After a few minutes was greeted by Justin Becker and my service experience began. Once at his terminal he reviewed the suggested maintenance schedule for 30K miles and was not at all pushy. I had a choice of when to do the maintenance now at 29.3k or wait until the next visit. We worked out pricing with coupons for this visit to do all 4 items (oil change with tire rotation, brake fluid replacement, transmission fluid service, transfer case service. Since I chose to wait Justin told me I should be out by 1:30 and to my surprise I was out at 12:50. Thank you Justin great job. Greg Parker More
