Time Consuming I have used this dealership a few times. I had a cam sensor reported as going out so they diagnosed it customer service people are good. however they I have used this dealership a few times. I had a cam sensor reported as going out so they diagnosed it customer service people are good. however they told me they would contact me when the part came in since they had to order it then to set up a time and I called in two weeks after and found out they had it for a while. then I had to wait another 2 weeks to have part put in. (glad it wasn't something major) told them I can bring in the car at 7am to get the work done and they said wouldn't be no problem it was a 20 to 30 minute fix, got the shuttle back from school and at 1130 still hadn't gotten my car in, Waited the time they said 20 to 30 minutes and all of the other people are leaving with their vehicles however my easy job on my car I was still waiting, After 50 minutes I went and talked to them an they said they were pulling it around. the cashier seemed to want to rush me out of the door and did not display good customer service. I have never had this problem with any other dealership an I have been to two other ones. so I will just drive a distance than to have to wait for a 30 min top job almost 5 hours after it was suppose to be in the shop at 7am. More
